Our company has a leading place in the some trade enterprises in our country.In1988,our company took the lead in founding a joint venture corporation with large-scale garment corporations and big trading companies in Japan. Over the past 15 years,many Japanese experts and tecnicians came to our company to give guidance in production, tailoring and management.At the same time,nearly 200 Chinese employees went to Japan to receive technical training. As a result,our company has greatly improved in production technology,production efficiency and quality management,At present,we are mainly engaged in the production of OEM exports and the products that will be sold in domestic market. We are making endless efforts to achieve greater development in producing top grade suits for men and women (batch production ,odd producton according to different measurements)
In order to adjust to the quick change in garmentindustry, we are constantly improving tailoring technology and developing and studying new auxiliary materials and new garment styles to meet the demand of customers.
With the variovs infrastructures in our country being perfected day by day. the delivery date of OEM products that will be exported to Japan becomes shorter and shorter. At present ,the batch products can be delivered within a month,and odd products can be delivered within a week(two weeks is needed from shops' receiving the work to delivering the products to the hands of Japanese customers.)
The amount of nearly 15 million US$ has been invested to the textile mills within our enterprise to introduce into spinning,weaving,dyeing and packing equipments with international best level.At present, the research, development and production of the new high-quality materials are being conducted.
The integrated production system of spinning material ready-clothes ensures low cost,high quality and short delivery date of the products.
